I hope you're different.

Things havent been going well lately. School, i've decided to drop my morning module which means i've got to retake 4 modules next sem/year. I hope i don't get kicked out. Home, quarrels with my dad is rather frequent because of moving house. He wants me to sleep either at the balcony or in the storeroom. Where got father ask son to sleep in storeroom one? It's not that he got no money or what, i just dont understand why he is doing this. I feel the pinch now, that my brother is really really suffering in camp. Ever since he went into NS, he comes out every sat like a lifeless person, without soul and all. He doesn't talk and he doesn't do anything. He just lies on his bed 24/7. Then, he came home last fri and was sick. He was so sick that he couldnt eat or move. Then, we brought him to the hospital and got an mc. Then the NS people bloody hell call and says that he must be in camp or they will take legal actions.

So, my father brought him there to let them see how sick he is. He couldnt even move a muscle. Then they waited damn long before some "representative" comes to say he is bringing my brother into the camp. My father was furious and of course, refused to let the representative bring him in. He requested to see someone in charge. So, the people in charge actually told the representative that they can't come out of their offices. Wow, seriously, what's wrong with them? So my father says he is bringing him home. Then some person in charge calls my dad and repeats over and over again my brother have to be inside or they would take legal actions, emphasising on "Legal Actions". What the hell lah seriously. So after a long time of negotiation, the person in charge says, he have to be back tmr at 22.00 or they will take Legal Actions. So, drusilla asked the person to be clear, am or pm. You might be thinking she's the dumb one but guess what? the person said "am". So drusilla asked again, 8am? then the person said yah 22.00am. I dont know if you get the joke but i think if i were drusilla i would just "kup" his call.

Main thing now is, i think that singapore NS system got problem one. I understand that there are alot of people who fake mcs to escape from NS but im sure that by bringing my brother down to prove he is really sick should do the work. We have a letter from a doctor in TTS and they claim that their Certified Doctor inside is the only one who can prove if he is sick. So by sending one man down to "bring" a sick man who can't even move to the "clinic" inside is efficient? Yes, NS is suppose to toughen up a boy and make him into a man. However, i'm sure there is a fine line between toughening up and near torture. If i were there, i would definitely ask them to take legal actions and we'll see who's right and who's wrong. We didnt send our loved ones to go into NS to suffer like that. Now, my brother is delirious and talking to himself. Thank you very much National Service.
